SCAM American accent reckoning to be hmrc, threatening legal action. I would not expect hmrc to be using mobile phone

Upon answering it plays an automated about HMRC trying to send a letter that had been returned. Hung up after 1 sentence, but this is likely Fraud/SCAM.
AMAZON said they were taking £79 out of my account to pay for something? I put the phone down. I haven't ordered anything from Amazon.

I live in Florida, US. Have never before received a SPAM hang up call from England until now. Nevertheless, it was an automated call and I have no friends in, or traveling to the UK.
