Silent call
Tried to phone back, number not recognized. Phoned 100 operator. They told me line was a spare one and no one owned it acording to there records.
Asked for my mother who passed away 8 years ago
Lind to use sms online. Reuse possible. All networks supported.
Missed call I just got to the phone in time for it to stop ringing. Not a recognised number, not in my contacts list, not from anywhere that I know anyone. I therefore conclude someone was trying to scam me.
Keeps ringing me doing the same have you contacted the police

It just went "goodbye" and hung up. Watch out for someone saying "can you hear me" they are trying to get you to say "yes" so they can fool credit card automated security call s voice recognition software.

Some Russian bot phoning : don’t know and don’t care
I believe this is a scam, recorded message saying they were from HMRC and there was a fraud case registered in my name.
I get calls at least 2x daily from these folk. Never answered a single one and just keep blocking them
