Had a phone call promising to stop all unwanted calls. Needed my sort code and account number to verify who I was (??). Gave them wrong numbers and kept them on the phone for 35 mins before they told me my account would be cancelled. Shame.

Very rude woman who was reading very quickly then asked if I had a few minutes to answer questions for a survey about leisure time. I said that my number was ex-directory and how did she get it. She replied that they use a random number generator and they are allowed to call me. I said I wasn t interested and said goodbye. Cheeky woman.
