Terrible English, has rung numerous times over the last few weeks asking if I m on benefits. I refuse to give out this information to cold-callers and I don t want a new boiler.
Have told these people on numerous occasions that I cannot understand the gibberish that they talk and they should stop ringing me. They leave it a few days and then ring again!

it says thank you for calling O2 when you call back! Why would O2 be calling from a Southend on Sea number??
