Then wanted the bank name and number off my VISA card. I did give them a wrong bank name, and then they asked for the long number on my card and told me it was a customer number, once again I fabricated a number then they asked for the number on the back of the card to verify who I was. Asked for details so that I could take action against them. The caller Katherine said she didn t like being shouted at and hung up. Have made a complaint to the TPS
