I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. Just had a very intresting 1/2 hour phone call with these idiots. Strung him along, he said do this/do that, type in this type in that, of course I kept telling him I was getting all sort of error messages. He said he couldn t get into my computer, I eventually told him my computer wasn t even turned on, I had great fun. I told him I wasn t an idiot and he should find another occupation.

I filled in a Saga online form for a health cover quote. This telephone number rang me within 5 minutes of filling in the form. As I didn t recognise the number, I didn t answer the call. I then searched and found out that it s a telemarketing call on behalf of Saga. I do not wish to be contacted this quickly, I would prefer to receive their email with my quote and then consider it in my own time.
