SCAM / SPAM They tell you that they are calling from HM revenue and you owe them alot of money. If you don't pay they will have you arrested. Personally I think these people are oxygen thief's and I hope they die a slow and painful death.

a SCAM perpetrated by HMRC? Could not sort Tax code out online and was told to ring another number. Called it and after lengthy process getting into the right Q and waiting 18 minutes was told to ring 08444740101 instead. (charged £12.25 for waiting during that call!). Call pertained to be from TalkTalk asking me to switch off my router as apparently my IPC address has been compromised. If I don't do this they will disconnect my internet ...
This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. Haven't found any info for this one, people does anyone have some experience with this number? Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck. As people do search for this number, it should be used, so be aware.
