Electronic voice warned me that my TalkTalk internet would be disconected this evening and gave me the option to either press 1 to keep it or 2 to disconnect. Goodness knows what would have happened if I had pressed either number. I logged in to TalkTalk and of course there was no mention of a disconnection.

Got called today by a female with a Scouse voice stating that she was form "Fresh Contacts" and asking if I am been in an accident. Funnily enough (and the truth, but may use this excuse even so if it changes for me) I don t drive, so I told her this and then she proceeded to ask if I had been a passenger in an accident or if I had been on public transport. None of this was true, these are scam calls, she mentioned that my details were on the "National Accident Database", which may I add- does not exist. Bl

Had this number call me loads and when I finally picked up they asked me about my accident and my scrapped car (they knew the exact model) when I said "I m sorry but I can only speak to my legal team or to people they ve told me I can speak to" she hung up mid sentence so guess that was a scam

Called me and they put the phone down immediately I answered. I would suspect they want me to call them on an expensive call rate OR they are being paid by a client to make calls and consider the fact they got through compliance with their obligations to that client.

I have been getting nuisance calls from The Money Group for about a year now, it is getting to the point of harrassment. The calls are normally from 01423 which I believe is in Harrogate. However, I have now started to get them from 01989 numbers in Ross on Wye. No matter how much I ignore the numbers I get about 6 or 7 calls per day. Very rude - sounded like the consultant was at a rave trying to get my business - well that certainly is not happening - I don t trust this scam - reported them to the police as the person who I was speaking to told me that she gets paid cash in hand.
