It's just an automated message from the Coop Bank to say there's insufficient funds in the account to cover something. It's legit - you're not asked to hand over any card details or anything like that. Perfectly safe.
automated Woman told me she was from hmrc and if I didn't call them back of get my solicitor to call them back then I would have to watch out for the concensequences which was very threatening

Kept saying I'm entitled when I am not. When asked to remove me from their list they were very persistent. I politely asked not to be called again and they put the phone down on me - very rude! Number now blocked!
