I said if I had an old PPI Claim can you tell me what it is? She then said I had an indication on her system that I may have one? I asked again what it was? Fraud got a letter through the post today about a company called "utility spark". When I've looked at the website it had this phone number on there and I've realised it's a big scam/fraud.
