Holly Baldwin, Silvershine Services called my mobile today, asking about the accident I had just had. Asked where she got my number she said Road Traffic Accident Department which obviously is twaddle, or there own internal RTA department. When pressed repeatedly about the department she put the phone down. Shame, I was just getting warmed up.

SCAM Sent text message claiming to be from Royal Mail saying that I had a parcel waiting for me at the depot but beforehand I had to pay a £2.70 fee via a hyperlink. Needless to say I didn't use the hyperlink as the text message was a scam.

Fraud - Recorded message stating there was a tax fraud in my name and I needed to press 1 to be connected to HMRC. If I did not press 1 it threatened that a warrant would be issued and I would be arrested.
