Called me claiming to be from O2 and asked me to tell them a code texted to my number. They are SCAMMERS, aka the lowest of the low.

SPAM - Had a few calls from this number, rang them back dialling 141 first. A lady answered saying it's about energy savings - boilers, solar panels. Said my address came up as someone likely to be interested. I live in a very energy efficient house - IGNORE

This number is being used for a scam. This number called claiming to be the bank & said two large payments had been drawn from my account- one for Amazon & one international payment . I ended the call without pressing any phone keys, then phoned my bank on a trusted number: they said my account was fine & the call had been a scam.

Claimed to be from credit card fraud department. Automated message saying a charge of over one hundred pounds has been made on my card from Amazon, also a foreign transaction of over one thousand pounds. Asked me to press buttons to authorise or talk to an advisor. Total scam.

Guy claiming to make a an escort booking. Kept conversation going via WhatsApp. Managed to obtain address and phone cut off 10 mins after due time and number now doesn’t exist. The booking was for Brighton

Sales call On answering this number a male with possibly an Asian accent enquired if I had any storm damage which needed repairing. I said no and he hung up. As I have an ex-directory number I assume that this was from a call centre just auto dialing. SPAM Be very wary

SCAM Further to my earlier review I managed to get the operator to give up on me by pretending to be deaf and unable to understand his heavy India accent (not entirely untrue on either count). Kept asking him to repeat all the questions and spell out everything: first his name, then the name of the company etc in a voice that makes me sound older than I am. After 2or 3 minutes he gave up.

Somebody purporting to be "Ellie from Options" texting me about my non-existent job application, asking for my address, email address, national insurance number, copies of passport, birth certificate, proof of national insurance, copy of my Cscs card (whatever that is!) back and front, 2 x working references. Someone just called from this no. claiming to be from Amazon. They were female with a strong Indian accent. Said someone had tried purchasing a Canon camera on my account last night in Germany. None of my personal details were confirmed with me and they wouldn't let me ask any questions. Obviously their tactic is to rush you in to the "cancellation" process as it's urgent. I had a call on 1/30/2023 from 44+ 0141 628 5948 and the phone number I was a scam they was trying to see what company I was with on my sim card and they was trying to get my bank details because they said my iPhone been hacked and I need a new one and they wanted my bank details.
