Complete scam - send them an e-mail through their website http://www.firstassistsolutions.com/contact/ (use a bogus e-mail address and phone number and see how they like the runaround!!!) Will spend over a hour with you on the phone getting you to check your internet security, but while you are doing this they are hacking into your internet and taking all the money from your bank and putting it into a western union account! They cleared my bank account

When I answered no response until I said hello the second time when an automated voice said goodbye! The number was 01236612633.

Automated voice said "This is Her Majesty's Customs and Revenue". I hung up reckoning it was a scam with the robotic posh voice. Also, its known as Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs for a start! Anyway, beware and best avoid.

Only wanted to speak to owner of business. When asked about his company he gave the company name. When I asked what they did he spoke to me as if I was stupid and said "we finance Companies". When I said we were ok thanks he sneered as me and said "yeh right", so I said goodbye and hung up. Whatever they are trying to sell they will get no customers with that attitude.
