its either nationwide bank or a parcel delivery sms but it did try to charge my skype which was out of credit upon answering the call rude at least warn us if its a collect call but i have about four parcels due in so im pretty sure thats it however it is worth noting it did come in a few seconds after getting off the phone to Nationwide bank which was weird so maybe its them with some kind of satisfaction survey i live in usa now and it dialled either my uk skype or usa skype numbers but i cant see whic

"David", in his very difficult-to-understand accent, said he was calling from '3' about upgrading my phone. Do I have an iPhone or a Samsung? I don't even have a contract with 3, so this has got to be some sort of scam. I rang off.
Said he was from a benefit office of a life insurance company but they were not a provider. Then went on about financial advice. Said no thanks and goodbye.

Scam artists who'll lie that they're your energy provider, they're not just trying to move you onto their services anyway possible. This has been happening for years to me different number everytime and they'll agree with anything I say. Lately they've tried to be National Grid, they're desperate for my meter readings. Received another call from someone who said they hold a 20stake in the Fraud team and started getting very angry when I started to challenge him he wanted me to change my pin number. Fealt very threatened with the conversation.
