Scam artists who'll lie that they're your energy provider, they're not just trying to move you onto their services anyway possible. This has been happening for years to me different number everytime and they'll agree with anything I say. Lately they've tried to be National Grid, they're desperate for my meter readings. Said he was from a benefit office of a life insurance company but they were not a provider. Then went on about financial advice. Said no thanks and goodbye.

Fraud phoned on Sunday apparently from Russia after doing search
SCAM - home appliance washing machine. Young lady, sounded like a human not a recording, British accent, told me (using my name) that she was calling about teh washing machine policy registered at my address (which worryingly she also knew). This is a well known scam. I told her that she knew as well as I did that there was no such thing and suggested she get herself a proper job.
Called at 1.25am no one spoke or answered, then they put the phone down.
