Been called by 0113 419 9990 numerous times over the past 3 days. I answered the call today to be told it s about my pension - and they could see its frozen. The lady was called Becky (thats if they use their real names) who wanted details of my pension, which I wouldnt give, she tried to convince me there was nothing wrong but I said how did know who she was, I said I would leave it and deal with it myself - she hung up!! So much for trying to convince me she was genuine. These scams are really getting out

Replayed the message and automated robot voice telling me that I better contact HMRC via their number or "face the legal consequences". Classic scumbo's trying it on. HMRC will write to you officially or contact your accountant for any issues. If in doubt, call your local HMRC offices and discuss with them directly.

05 Nov 2021 - The caller initially claimed to be calling about loft insulation. On being told I was not interested in this line of discussion he refused to take no for an answer. I called off. The same person then called back immediately from an undisclosed number indicating that he knew my name and address and heaping extremely abusive language on me. Should be traced and stopped. Reply

They will do anything possible to hide the fact that they are energy brokers which is actually against the Trading Standards but Ofgem will soon start to go after them. They will try to convince you to accept a new contract with them. DO NOT Trust them as they will get paid and you may end up with an expensive new contract.
