Just a number not in my phone book,just wondering who it is.

phishing "calling about your recent accident" (none, obvs) - refuses to answer where they got my number when asked and hangs up. When called back number is not recognised.
I was called from this number by a man with an African accent. I asked to be removed from their database. Caller became aggressive and offensive and used obscene language. This number should be reported to authorities for legal action.

AVOID!!! 020 357570311 has called at approximately the same time each day for the past few days (August 2014). I have to have the answerphone on to filter my land line calls due to scam calls. When I called back it was answered by an American voicemail saying "The number you have dialled is not in service". Same number has tried to call me daily for weeks. I have installed an android app called CM security which blocks numbers you have reported and also what the other app users have reported. You will still receive a notification that they have tried to call though.
I am really fed up with these type of constant calls, I am ex-directory and with the Telephone Preference Service I have complained about this number to Ofcom and will keep doing this every time I get these unwanted calls. It s about time the government did something about this constant harassment.
