Further to my last - it appears it was from an alarm monitoring company after I did some research. However, no message was left on voicemail to say this. Went and checked my Club - phew no break in but alarm box was showing a fault. So after initially thinking it was a spam call, good to see the alarm system works!

My daughter has a 17 minute call to this number on her bill that has cost her £28...she didn't make that call but O2 will not remove it from her bill, they say that they 'never' incorrectly bill their customers!!....Wow!!!
