I'm not too certain about the caller, as he started off by saying both my Company name & personal name, & he'd obviously "done his homework" as when I asked him who was calling, he said the name of my provider. Unfortunately he spoke at the speed of sound, so when I asked, he said he'd speak slower, but then the line disconnected, so I didn't get to find out whether the caller was genuine or not. Called me four times 15th February but did not answer as didn’t recognise number and no voicemail left.

This is a scammer's number. They claimed to be from EE accounts department to say my last 2 payments have not been made via debit order and could I press 1 to update my account details. He was very insistent that I do it right now or my account would be closed my phone cut and costly penalties incurred. I hung up as I am not and never have been with EE.
Asian man claiming to be from sky, saying my broadband router was over heating and I should run a speed test. Refused to do at the present time. Said he would ring back tomorrow. Will ignore the call. Other scams have been reported by Sky.
Supposedly from Evri, text says need to pay£1.45 to have my parcel redirected or it will be returned to sender. As I haven't sent for anything it is obviously a scam.

When I asked what my account number was he reeled off a number (which later check was wrong). I said I’d call by back and he gave me an 0333 number saying it was BT customer service. Rubbish!
