PPI claim company

i don t know how they got my number. They called from national survey, i told them i wasn t interested but they kept calling almost every day until i blocked it.

I tried to book a room at The Principal Oxford Spires Hotel, Abingdon Road, OX1 4PS, Oxford and called a number 08448542910 indicated on their website. I had to call twice as there was an automated telephone service and no one was able to answer my phone calls. Last month I saw a charge of 1.38 GBP plus VAT on my phone bill!! What a wrong way to make money!! Looks like the hotel is doing that badly so they have to charge potential customers to simply book a room. According to the reviews on the above number

Not sure, but seemed to want all my ID details to confirm the refund I was to receive in couple of days, and was vague about who was calling, claimed to be some sort of Financial Authority. Number is Manchester area, and with all due respect to friends in Manchester, apart from Blackburn Lancashire, a call centre dialled call from Manchester rings more alarm bells than phone bells.

This number has rang my mobile 4 times today when I rang it back there was a message saying the number had been disabled due to a fraud investigation. When they rang me again and asked if I worked in industry I said yes i do and don t ring me back you are being investif=gated for fraud to which the reply - "Oh shit"

Total menace 2 or 3 calls a day at present; "have you had an accident etc etc??". Asked to be taken off their list, bloke took details, next call received within the hour.

At 1050 30 October 2013 I received a call from a male calling himself "Keith" saying he was from Santander Bank and he wanted to talk to me about my account. He said he wanted to run through some security checks with me at which I said that I was not prepared to give any personal information on a "cold call" because, I told him, I was very suspicious. Got 5 miss calls and answered 6th on landline my wife spoke to them after she said no thank you, it was about PPI, they wanted to speak to me and they are stupid morons that doesn’t listen to not interested. Blocked that’s about 10 numbers blocked in 3 days.
