Scam call. Foreign accented woman in call centre wanted "To speak with the person responsible for electricity bill payment" Blocked the number and hung up.
SCAM caller said he was a trader, when I asked how he had my number, he said he was a hacker and got it from my Instagram account. Don't have an Instagram account

I am getting emails from this number telling me my paypal account is blocked and to re-confirm my identity today or my account will be permanently closed,and giving me a link which is,https;//paypal.co.uk.a90u.icu/n/, I have found out that this email is coming from 6 tenterfield terrace,todmorden postcode OL145TQ,is this a scam.
Nuisance call never got an explanation of the reason for the call despite having a 3 minute conversation. UK preference is who they claim to be
