This number called at 11:58am, I answered and the call was dropped almost immediately upon my answering it. I assume it was an automated call from some seller and that the call was dropped because those companies employ systems that phone multiple numbers from their sales telephone lists and when calls are connected they switch them through to their sales reps or similar. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 7098710xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with silent calls/testing robocalls, PPI - insurance marketing calls and energy companies offers - wide scope call centre. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
