If you have a call from them you should call the number back and ask for James, the call centre manager and demand where they got your number from. I rang back hiding my number, when put through, I was told my details had been passed to them from national database, and that I had been involved in a road collision. I told her she didn t know who I was, but insisted my phone number was displayed and matched to the database. Obviously from the outset this is just a cold call hoping who ever answers has been involved in some kind of accident

Calls every couple of days, never answer, they leave voicemail lasting 3 seconds, never listen.

This no rang at 9am.international no.didn t answer but checked no originated from Thailand.as I know no one in Thailand i guess its a scam call

caller said my internet provider would cut my supply in the next 24hrs as it had discovered some illegal activity if I did not push 1,2 or 3.

NEVER call these numbers back. They are spoofed by the scammers and are not calls from the UK. If you call them back, you may get caught for a large call charge.

I was called today by this company and found out who they were (on here). I promptly phoned their 0845 number and requested that they remove me from their database. I explained that I had caller preference and threatened to report them to Ofcom. The interesting thing is that they asked me if I knew a certain person (who they mentioned by name). This person was clearly the person they were chasing for the debt but I had never heard of her. They state on their website that they are they work ethically, honest

Accident claim - I ve had no accident! Ringing me constantly and bordering on harassment. Told them to take my name off their database but they still call so have blocked number.

Had a call from this number today firstly on my mobile which I managed to reject. It immediately then rang my landline which I didn t answer. Who are these people and how did they get my mobile number? When you ring the number back they don t identify themselves and ask you to leave a message. Sounds very dodgy so be aware.

Same recorded message threatening to cut off broadband. Had same call from two other numbers
