Darren from PPI called and wanted to know if I had credit cards. I asked to be removed from his listing he then stared saying I was swearing to distract from my request to be removed!

Potential scam. There was a recorded message supposedely from my internet service provider (although it didn't say which ISP they were calling on behalf), saying that our internet service would be disconnected in 4 hours due to 'Router Malfunction'. Our router is working fine. I suspect this is a 'Technical Support Scam', where we would be expected to pay for fixing something that isn't broke.

It s a company called Boost energy. I rang the no to check, but didn t engage. They have rung everyday for over 3 weeks now, leaving silences on my answermachine. I won t answer, so expected them to give up, but they don t I m on Telephone preference for a reason! I find this really harrassing.

Its not just AO I just received a call from a young woman claiming to be from boots appliances, in the pretence of confirming delivery details etc. In fact her sole purpose was to sell insurance cover! She repeated every detail of my delivery, which I already know, told me they can remove my old appliance, which I already know etc etc etc then asked me why my old appliance was broken! I have received calls at my home land line number as well as my mobile . However I do not answer these types of call numbers . My real complaint is that I have a new number as my old number is now my business line , they do not ring that though just my new one and no one has been given that apart from family and close friends !!So how did they get it ?

I am totally sick of this company ringing my house. Been going on for more than three years now and I am sick of asking them not to keep calling my house. Some times they call up to 6 times a day. They rang yesterday and then hung up before I got to phone. I rang 1471 and I have numerous problems with my arms and hands and pressed 3 by mistake and returned the call. Now I have been charged an extra ?7 pound on my bill for that call. Not happy.
