Received a Text Message, stating my full name, including middle, asking for me to call them on 01706 388 772 in regards to a supposed account number, though no previous attempts of them calling me ? If its debt collecting shouldn t it be in writing?

Answered a call from this number, no one spoke just alot of background noise. I have not called back and am not too concerned as no idea why someone from the other side of the country is trying to call me. Can assume spam and mark as annoying.

This number rang just as I was about to have my lunch. It was "Dave" from Windows so I cut him off. Immediately he rang again so again I cut him off. He rang a third time and I told him that I had cut him off twice and there was nothing wrong with my Computer and told him to stop ringing me. I cut him off again.

I received a call from this number a while ago. When I picked it up I heard "thanks for your patience you will be transferred to an agent now" and the call was terminated. I called them back and a woman answered hello this is consumer helpline, how can I help . She then started saying something about loans. I am applying to jobsites and apparently there is a connection between a jobsite and this call, as I ve read in other comments as well.

Received an unsolicited call from this number which is probably spoofed. A recorded message claimed it was the National Fraud Office and that my National Insurance number had been cancelled due to fraudulent activities. I immediately ended the call at that point and performed a Google search on the number.
Several calls for survey, blocked now.
Automated call claiming to be from HMRC stating they were taking out a legal claim against me and to press 1 to find out my case agent.
Inbound call answered but no response from caller, there was background talking and then after further attempt to elicited a response the caller terminated the call

Call centre: Eastern/Asian accent (UK English speakers don't call you "Ma'am"!) claiming to be from BT Openreach; no preamble about Data Protection or recording calls for security purposes. When I stated that we did not have an account with BT Openreach the line went dead.

Much like the other reviews, my 83 year old Grandmother was called and told the warranty on her boiler had run out and that they needed to take payment to renew it. No explanation of who they were etc. Reported it as fraud to her bank but also called to cancel policy and ask for full refund. Worried now that this may not be honoured after reading other posts. Awful, underhand, dishonest sales tactics. Bet they re laughing all the way to the bank.
Advert on Face Book so I thought it was a good idea to plan for the future to protect my family. However, after I had filled it in, this number called and were so unprofessional I didn t think they were genuine. Tried to block the number on my phone but my handset won t let me. Fraud and Bitcoin scam. They present very nice case that you are owed money back from the Market Cube and trick you into paying money into Binance.com account under your name. Then they transfer money to another bitcoin account that they say is yours and actually has nothing to do with you. They convince transfers need to be done to confirm your identity and so that they can pay you money back without suspicion of money laundering. Absolute scam.
