Recieved a similar call from the RCNG? group - financial queries - hung up.

Caller said he was from Microsoft. Said that my PC had been compromised by hackers. After leading him on for a while I asked him straight if he was after money. He said that he was trying to help but then threatened to lock up my computer. I hung up.

Blocked this number as it’s a dead line..

Had a few of these phone calls also 01435 572540 Unusual for this area code which makes me think it's a dodgy call-phishing?

I just researched this number as it appeared on my phone 4 times in the last month and one site said its a company named Domestic & General. I just wrote to them to remove me from their marketing list.

I received a call from this company about 12 weeks ago. i couldn t remember who my old agreements where with as I hadn t kept any paperwork over the years which didn t matter to them as they managed to find all my account numbers and to date I ve had 4 successful claims totaling over 8 thousand pound. I still have 1 claim thats still pending and would recommend them to anyone.

An unwanted call which rang back 15 secs later offering a box to attach to our phone to stop unwanted calls,of which we receive a number each day. very plausible and chatty to the point that I gave card details and agreed to a one off payment.Managed to block card before any payment went through

Has been phoning most days , and sometimes 2/3 times a day , for months now ,surely they ll give up eventually ? We don t answer the phone to any unknown numbers any longer !

tries calling me on my mobile during office hours. I cancel their call as it is not known to be. it is now - it s on my rejected numbers list!Thank You!

I rang British Gas to arrange a service and asked them not to pass my number on to anyone else. Got a call asking for feedback 30 minutes later. Did not answer and blocked the number. Think I will have to get service from elsewhere if they ignore what I ask in future.

Caller advised that they were a current supplier which is not true, went to check and called back to state that they are a supplier and continuously asked for the correct name as their records were outdated. Persistent nuisance caller.

Reports on other sites vary, some claim it s an Amazon delivery driver, others say they get the call but haven t ordered anything.

I didn't listen to the whole message, but it was a recorded message about PPI claims from banks.

Called me today at 8.30am. Disconnects if you return call.

Short ring at 19:23 hrs, no message left on voicemail, something needs to be done about these irritating out of hours nuisance calls, it is getting so my blocked callers list is bigger than my phone book.
