SCAM Claimed to be calling from Carphone Warehouse on behalf of my mobile network provider EE... except I haven't used services from or even interacted in any way with either company in the past year.
Have had a text message from this number asking me to send a £1.45 shipping to myevriresheduled-item.com and failure to pay will result in my parcel being returned to sender. Well i haven`t even ordered any parcel. This is the second notice i have received over the last fortnight but i did ignore the first message. Everi is a parcel company in association with herms. I have also noticed this phone number has come from the same place i have received other scam messages. Please Ignore.

This number, an automated woman's voice, called my landline today and purported to be the bank saying that they're checking a £600 payment from my bank account to somewhere abroad. Text scam. Seems like text message from Royal Mail re missed delivery. Link in text takes you to what appears to be Royal Mail website ( but is not ) and says £1.45 needed for redelivery. I did not go any further but I presume the next step would have been a request for bank or card details. I checked with Post Office and they confirm they do not send texts for failed deliveries - they still leave cards.
