Called today. Heavy Indian accent and lots of Indian voices in the background. Said he was calling from BT Tech dept....yeah ok like I believe that. I told him he was in for a big surprise as we had traced his number and would take matters further as he had reached an internal secure line at Essex police headquarters(he hadn t) but he hung up really QUICKLY. It s about time BT stopped selling blocks of numbers to scammer scum. If they don t then we, as genuine customers, should be able to sue BT.

After receiving phone calls for the past 3 weeks 3 times a day from this useless company, I finally answered and asked them to stop ringing me, A young girl replied saying "but we ve never rung before" and hung up, - I have screen shots on my phone with the amount of calls I get from these people!!!!! As previous comments. Indian accent guy (same guy rang yesterday & today) and claimed my PC had a virus and we needed to fix it. Both times I told him to f**k off, get a propper job and I would report him to the Police - he then becomes agressive and argumentative
