Text Message - SCAM Not a call but got a text from this number, supposedly from "Hermes", with what is obviously a fake weblink as they apparently 'missed' me yesterday in a claim that they tried to deliver something. Told them to p off, that I know it's a scam, to lose my number and blocked them.

This is a scam. They phoned me on my (not a smart) mobile. An automated American voice stated they were from HMRC informing me that I owed money and they were sending the dept collectors around. To discuss this matter further and settle the debt I should press; 1. Problem is, I did my Tax Return in April and don't owe any tax. I've not owed tax for years. Just received a call from this number on my mobile. I answered and said "Hello?" whereupon the call was immediately disconnected. I don't recognise the number, but suspect some sort of scam or nefarious activity. Although the criminals mainly target my landline, some of them seem to have my mobile number.
