Scam call pretending to be from local council ref an accident

Phone call everyday from these guys, answer and phone goes dead after a few seconds.

Claimed to be paid by Microsoft, insisted I switch on my computer which supposedly had a virus. Resisted and argued when challenged, became abusive and continued to try to persuade me (but failed). THis company called me and said a member of my family had been involved in a car crash. I asked could this be my mum, who had driven me to work this morning and then gone home, but wouldn t give me more information, or even tell me if she was ok. Eventually they said that she hadn t been in an accident and it was a sales call. Disgusting.

Scam recorded message from “U.K. customs and excise” saying there is a tax fraud registered in my name - yeh right ! If that was the case I would be getting a knock at my door...

Does relate to an account setup. It s a company relates to crypto and it s a courtesy call. Caller is actually in Cyprus not London Dodgy number but thanks BT for allowing such things legal but misleading. Call genuine.

Threatening tax evasion scam call

Called me, picked up but no answer. Then three consecutive messages, one each day asking to visit fredpay.com. utterly disgusting!

Information: Called but didn't leave a message on my TPS registered landline. It could have been dialled in error, a scammer or a sales call, I just don't know!

Has anyone actually earned any monies through this company. Their argument is probably it is up to the clients but if no work after 6 months then they should give a full refund.

When asked the caller couldn t tell me the address of the company although eventually said it was Erskine House in Clydebank but she didn t know the street etc. I did ask how she found her way to work but the answer was that she walked! Apparently there was "funding available" and when asked who funded it she said "scrappage windows".

This number has been spoofed so that it appears as the CLI of the caller when it has no relationship to the people originating the call. This number was assigned to a legitimate business in Surrey. They have now changed their number. The spoofing still carries on and people are getting missed call messages with this number on their mobiles and landlines. Block number many nuisance calls ,report and block and number you cannot return call back .

This number called my mobile. I did not answer, but wanted to check the number out first. there was no bad report on the number. when I tried to return the call there was no answer then a "click" in the line and a message that the "other person had hung up". this makes me think it s somebody trying to sell you something nobody wants

Rang me three times this week asking for Mr Woodward. Told them wrong number the first time. The third time she started saying well this call may be of interest to you. I told them no it isn t. At no point did they introduce themselves.

Keeps ringing me and getting on my nerves

These people have called my mum a few times,she is 80 & not well at the momment she is fed up with getting up & down to answer these cold callers.I have now told her to blow a whistle down the phone, this has stopped other callers when Iv e done this in the past.
