This is a scam, they claim they are calling from O2 my mobile provider which is not true and they ask you to go through security with them you give false info and they claim all is fine and that they are now on your account. All fake I never gave real info and my provider it is not O2. Beware!!

I believe it was an Indian guy, called yesterday saying people were using our internet. Tried making me visit a site that said it was risky to go to and told us to turn off out internet and computer for 2 hours. Next day today, around the same time as before got a call, sounded like the same person, saying he was from Virgin Media and wouldn't really answer our(me and my mothers) questions.
