You should record the conversaion and then tell them their voice will be uploaded to the internet for identification. Caller asked for the home owner and said it was not a sales call. the company did have our surname but did not ask to speak to Mr or Mrs......... When I asked how they got our number (ex-directory) they just put the phone down.
