I should have ordered from a company called Community Direct brochures that I did not pay. Now I have to carry the costs of collection, though I was not given any brochures, one invoice. You could meet me but I could if I pay now, save 25%. I said that I want everything in writing, and so the man said that he would not have my address and I will say it through. Don't pick up from this number! They'll bombard you with phoney PPI calls, I've had 10 in the last 5 days, all from different numbers but the same company.

Do not trust this number - it is my landline number which has been 'spoofed' by a scammer. I have reported it to Ofcom and my service provider but there is apparently nothing that can be done to prevent this illegal activity in the short term.
