I asked who they represent and she said they work with a number of companies. I asked what her organisation was and she told me she'd get a manager to ring back in the next half hour. 2 weeks ago i went to take my benefits out my account and 59.99 was taken out i then gt in touch with the bank the fraud team hv investigated and called me yesterday saying ive gt to call them myself as they hv all my details been trying all day today and yesterday numbers dont exist will i get this money back or should i just give up its a disgrace

SCAM - Just had a call saying they were contacting me about upgrading my phone, so I wasn't best pleased about being disturbed when I'm not feeling well with a very heavy cold. I knew it was a scam straight away as there was no link to my existing provider, so I informed the caller of that and told him to "Bu**er off"! Suggest others do the same.

This is Smith Glass in Basildon, they constantly call me trying to sell Double Glazing, even though on numerous times I f have them I am not interested and need to remove me from their database. Last time I spoke to them the chav on the end of the marketing line was aggressive.

Call center wanted to chat about my life insurance policy, I dont have one , polite enough though .
Just had call from a guy from this number asking me about my life insurance. Told him not to call my number again he replied I will call this number every day of your life told him I would make a complaint he replied I will call you tomorrow at 6pm told him not to call ever again as it s cold calling., he replied it s not cold calling I am warm He was aggressive and said I was stupid. Very very bad caller.

The caller rang me and asked is this my first name and then said all my name and put the phone down?
I have had 2 calls in the space of 2 hours about an alleged accident on the road. i have never had an accident and they cannot tell me what details they have about this so called accident. The first caller said they would remove my details but it didn t stop the second call 2 hours later.
