If you re complaining about the state of the country but not willing to partake in research to help improve it then stop moaning!! TNS are a genuine company. Pretending to be from BT technical department who are about to disconnect my internet. I have had numerous calls from them recently, if you go along with their story and ask why they need to disconnect internet they hang up!

What a delightful girl! Called up asking for a Director who isn t based in our office or who ever comes here. I asked what database she was using. I train sales people so know the job can be tricky at the best of times. I then politely and jovially said "Go on then, Who are you an what you trying to sell?" To which she replied "Perfect. Calls every couple of days, never answer, they leave voicemail lasting 3 seconds, never listen.

I received a call but didn t get to phone in time to answer it. Didn t recognise number. Tried 1471 to be told "the number you have dialled has not been recognised. Please check and try again". Obviously a scam.

caller said my internet provider would cut my supply in the next 24hrs as it had discovered some illegal activity if I did not push 1,2 or 3.
