Get at least one a day from these! Appear to be a call centre - a real nuisance as they seem to have a string of numbers all staring 0203 837 89.... and just leep blocking one after the other.

This number just called me and knew my mobile number and email address. They asked if I had authorised 7 more computers on my home network. I said I had not and the person on the line said it would be okay but we must act quickly and run through some network checks. When I said I was on an Apple device (Macbook) he immediately hung up as these devices are less vulnerable. I recommend you immediately mention you have an apple device as any legitimate company would not terminate a call based on this inform
I did not subscribe to anything but I have been charged - I couldn't understand why my bill was almost €30 over usual amount. I have not been able to stop it - I sent stop to this number but got no reply. What's strange about this is that I have not received any texts. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1618148xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Legal Advice Centre, RTA - traffic accident, PPI, insurance claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?
