CHECKING MY BANK STATEMENT I FOUND A DEBIT OF ?99.99 FROM A FREE TIME CD. I RANG THE BANK WHO WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS FROM A PURCHASE I HAD MADE ABOUT A MONTH EARLIER. I got a call from Michelle Williams from CFS Group and she asked to speak with CEO. She claims it’s not a sales call but “a revenue tax and trade supply matter”. When I asked if she was in contact with the CEO before or if she has his contact details, she replied negatively saying “no, this was just brought to my attention”. She asked if the CEO can give her a call back.

I got a message through 22:47 on Saturday 01 October saying by account had been suspended also purporting to be from Lloyds bank, strange thing is it showed up in my messages from Lloyds bank so presumably the sender has some way of encoding the text to make it do that. Ignored it and checked the number on this site. If it works the same way for other account holders then Lloyds need to be taking action.
