Called from this number asking about my "Microsoft product" very agressive when I said I could not switch on my machine at this time. Very strong accent, difficult to understand. Fraud Caller said they were from Starling and that someone had fraudulently used my account to pay for £900 on flight tickets and £2000+ on rent. This was of course a lie on their part. When I answered the phone, there is just an awful recorded message saying it’s from Broomfield Hospital & to press a button to hear more. I didn’t know if it was a scam or not as I have had fraudulent calls that sounded like this!! Didn’t press the button just in case as not expecting to hear from the hospital. A text would have been good.
