Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. I received a call from this company about 12 weeks ago. i couldn t remember who my old agreements where with as I hadn t kept any paperwork over the years which didn t matter to them as they managed to find all my account numbers and to date I ve had 4 successful claims totaling over 8 thousand pound. I still have 1 claim thats still pending and would recommend them to anyone.

This number persistently calls my mobile. I don't know anyone who has this number. It is not our Drs etc so I just ignore it. Wish it would bog off.
