Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. I have not had a motor vehicle for 5 years, when told this they still want to proceed with a claim. I told them I would not help them in making a fraud claim. they wouldnt even tell me where and when this accident location was

SCAM. Automated voice message with a female voice used. Reported to be from Inland Revenue and Customs, and claimed that it was vital that I (or my solicitor) phoned the number back. Threatened drastic legal action if I didn't comply. Hung up immediately after.

I do not have any contract with Sky and no equipment, so I asked which equipment she was referring to at which point she ended the call.

Call received from Carphone Warehouse wanting me to take out a new phone contract. Seemed friendly and genuine but I was not interested.
The caller is from Station Road Ashford Kent, haven t been able to pin point where its coming from, possibly a scam
