Been called several times and the caller just hangs up WHAT is this all about and what are they getting from it I wonder if you call back you will be charged an excessive amount

FRESH START. MY Fiancee has never heard of them nor has ever had any dealings with them Yet they Seem to know Her Full Name. They Never Give Up. They phoned about 10 mins ago, I answered the phone . Then they said “I’m going to hang up now” then hung up Reported to EE, they said they are a marketing company and are partners with EE as he checked it on the EE website.
