I received a call from this number a while ago. When I picked it up I heard "thanks for your patience you will be transferred to an agent now" and the call was terminated. I called them back and a woman answered hello this is consumer helpline, how can I help . She then started saying something about loans. I am applying to jobsites and apparently there is a connection between a jobsite and this call, as I ve read in other comments as well.

Much like the other reviews, my 83 year old Grandmother was called and told the warranty on her boiler had run out and that they needed to take payment to renew it. No explanation of who they were etc. Reported it as fraud to her bank but also called to cancel policy and ask for full refund. Worried now that this may not be honoured after reading other posts. Awful, underhand, dishonest sales tactics. Bet they re laughing all the way to the bank.

Using mature females rather than our asian colleagues (obvs to make the business they are calling more receptive) same tactics as always. push push push. I've asked for a copy of their magazine by email but still waiting. "when should we call back half an hour"? All small businesses cannot commit to a callback when we don't have a call centre ourselves. It's a joke. Now she's just going to keep ringing until I book a slot or have to be rud
