answered the call as it was a local to me number (Motherwell) no answer, auto dialler junk!

Called and an automated but very convincing message said she was calling because I d been in a car accident that wasn t my fault (I haven t). The script is timed to coincide with your answer, most likely a phishing or other scam to get personal details.

This number is USDAW Protect.

There isn t a UK prefix 0111 so the number is fake. Rule of thumb, if the number isn t genuine, neither is the reason for the call.

The caller never leaving a message and I don t know the reason for the calls.
