Called fishing for bank account details while pretending to be from a tv insurance company. Put the phone down on me when i wouldn't confirm the bank details.

Yet another number saying they could get you more money on PPI reclaims. They are a pain in the backside

Said she was calling from microsoft about my computer being hacked. She wanted me to do something on my computer according to her instruction! YEAH RIGHT!! That was not gonna happen! When I asked her some questions she just hang up on me. This person is for sure trying to cheet you so just hang up if she calls (or he like the comment before).

This number has been spoofed so that it appears as the CLI of the caller when it has no relationship to the people originating the call. This number was assigned to a legitimate business in Surrey. They have now changed their number. The spoofing still carries on and people are getting missed call messages with this number on their mobiles and landlines. Enjoyed stringing him along, the man from First Response / MIB (Motor Insurance Bureau) I asked if he meant the Men In Black, as he was calling to see if my RTA had been sorted out, I asked which one he was referring to as I said I have had few LOL, he couldn t give the information he was referring to but said in the last 2.5 years. Allan called this afternoon to sell their product at ?3-20 a year to stop all nuisance calls to our landline number. I said I will look into this and call back. He gave me his contact number as 08006226710

Purporting to be from btopenreach. Wanting us to change something on our router. Couldn't understand "george's"accent. They have called 3 times today.

Saw the number and refused to answer. No message left.

Company called SCORE, they trade as THE CLAIM GUYS, they are a PPI reclaim company that advertise as "non pushy way to check to see if you have a PPI claim", but they will call up to 8 times a day!!!

The female voice sounded like text sent from a mobile to my land line. Said my BT internet would be cut off unless I hit 1 !

Been getting calls from 01727686187. I answer and the other end is silent for 15 seconds then they hang up. I live in St Albans. Very frustrating!!

It was a Northumbria Water call alert about a leak in the area. A visit to the website confirmed that there was a local problem. (Why can't these companies publish the numbers they use to make calls?)

I have had over 70 calls to my works mobile in the space of 2 weeks about a car accident all from different area codes. However, I have just had a call on my personal number, which has never been given out. Do these muppets never give up!!!
