Stephen (with a strong Indian sub-Continental accent) called from the "National Bureau" and addressed me by name, about an accident someone in the household had suffered in the last three years (not true). I asked for their telephone number as they had our details. He asked if the information about the crash was true before he could give it, I asked for their number, he asked if the information was true, I asked for their number etc and this went on 3 times.
