Constant calls from them offering advice.
Purporting to be HMRC investigating tax fraud involving me. "Press 1 immediately. If you do not comply, you will be arrested and taken into custody".
I think this organisation is trying to get people to sign up to let them pursue PPI claims and the like. They hung up when I asked them for their number so that I could pursue a claim with the TPS. 1471 came in handy.

Have called several times but I havent answered as I have been conned by overseas scammers before and suspect this is another one.

No message left although one is showing on the answer machine. Busy both times I tried to ring back.
Came up as international then with an obvious spoof copycat area number. Glasgow isn t international if you are in Scotland. Not a problem- now blocked all international numbers using call blocker. Phone is on do not disturb 24/7 so if you aren t recognised then you don t get through. Heads I win, tails I win.
SCAM Automated message alleging to be Amazon saying purchase of iPhone11 for £1100 has been made through my account. Press 1 to confirm this was me or 2 to speak to an operator. Pressed 2 to be transferred to an offshore call centre to be asked by a chirpy lady how I am this morning. Told her to be honest I was a bit p*ssed off to be woken so early on a Saturday morning for a scam. She hung up on me.
Answered and the caller hung up.

A really badly recorded message informing me that my internet service is being discontinued because (presumably) I haven't paid my bill. It seems to be my lucky week as they called 4 times yesterday from different 01606 prefixes. May their crotches be infested with fleas.
Automated call claimed to be Barclays but keep changing the name of the person whose card has fraud against it. They have called 3 times today. Why is this number listed as being genuine Barclays.

Using mature females rather than our asian colleagues (obvs to make the business they are calling more receptive) same tactics as always. push push push. I've asked for a copy of their magazine by email but still waiting. "when should we call back half an hour"? SPAM - potential scam Has the same 8 digits as my own phone number, I didn't answer as I didn't recognise. A very similar number (same first 8 digits) rang a few hours later.
