I have had over 70 calls to my works mobile in the space of 2 weeks about a car accident all from different area codes. However, I have just had a call on my personal number, which has never been given out. Do these muppets never give up!!!

Claimed to be paid by Microsoft, insisted I switch on my computer which supposedly had a virus. Resisted and argued when challenged, became abusive and continued to try to persuade me (but failed). Threatened to block my connection. I told him where to go and hung up. He called back three times in a different voice and got told again where to go! One of many scammers trying the same old gag. pre-recorded message advertising miss sold PPIs. definitely most annoying....

Kevin - said he was from Ministry of Justice, and i was to receive a cheque, left me his number, when i rang back and asked who i was speaking to as i had a missed call on my phone, they hung up, rang back and never answered.......

They are an Indian call centre who use spoof caller ID numbers. Do not trust them! Block them with a call blocker (you may need to block VOIP calls)or answer the call something like this: "This is the FBI - we have you surrounded! Come out with your hands up! All units - GO! GO! GO!" That should make them hang up!

Very aggressive person when told i m not interest, said how do I know i m not interested, when asked to take me off their phone list told he would contact me again when I was not at work,again told to take me off their list, still got aggressive, I put phone down.
