Call to landline today 07.05.2021 at 11.45am. No message left. Number not known to us and no information online. Area code is Swansea, so it s almost certainly a call centre.

Rang 5 times through the night and left 2 voicemails, the 1st voicemail was a women using a distressed voice claiming to be my mam and saying I needed to ring her urgently, the 2nd was the same women again using a distressed voice asking where I was and begging me to ring her. I think after 40 years I know my mams voice.
SCAM Claimed she was "'Yennifer' from 'Wirgin' media technical department"! Woman had very 'thick' 'Indian'-style accent. She said "oh, oh, oh," when I said I was busy & I would ring Virgin later. She'd done the "How are you this morning?", like a lot of the phone scams do. Nothing was said about security questions! Suspect this was another scam call.

I m receiving calls from Red Star Financial Management on a weekly basis now. Often twice a week. It s the usual robocalls: My phone rings (either my landline of my smartphone), I answer it, a recorded voice comes on to say, "Please wait while an adviser attends your call", and most times some poor young loser introducing him or herself from Red Star Financial Management asks questions about a bank loan I may have taken out in the 17th century. My wife took the call and person with a Asian voice started to go on about my council tax and when i asked why he was calling at this time he said it was very important and i told him all government offices are closed and that this is a failed scam and he and his boss must be as thick as hell to call at this time then i put the phone down. Beware its another scam.
