This company is part of a plethora of so-called newspaper publications (South East Telegraph; Western Guardian etc.) attempting to pose as reputable companies. They do their research to see which newspapers businesses have advertised in and then call pretending to be them asking for money. A Google search result quoting "Which" magazine suggests it s the tired old Amazon Prime renewal scam.
It s an Umbrella Payroll Company for Contractors. I checked out their website as I m unhappy with my current one, and saw the missed call from them (this number), promptly followed by a text message. Googled the missed call number, saw the text 1min later and out 2+2 together.

Text Message Purported to be from Royal Mail but the mobile number appears to be registered in the Manchester area and I live in rural Wiltshire. A link was attached asking me to reschedule a delivery but nothing had been put through the door to indicate that delivery had been attempted. A link was included to reschedule delivery but I never clicked it but used the reference number on the official Royal Mail website to check it - unsurprisingly it didn't appear to exist.
