This is a scam number, and probably all numbers 023821464**. Asian sounding voice said he was from "Amazon Fraud Department" and that my account had been compromised (I don't have an Amazon account). Odd as I have never been married, however I had googled marriage allowance recently but at no point entered any of my own details...coincidence or pairing of my cookies to my name and number??
